A Loving Message

During the early morning hours of February 14, Valentines Day 2012, I was visited by an angel.   She (and it definitely is a she) was the very same one who visited me on the morning of June 9, 2009, with another message that I personally needed to hear, very badly.

Because of her visit, and what she showed me, I knew, deep down, that I needed to change some things in my life.

She is very tall.  I'd say at least eight feet.  When she visited me the first time I was asleep in a recliner.  She "came" right up behind me and was peering over me.  Her wings were folded down at her side.  She was cream color from her skin to a long garment with soft folds in it.  She did not communicate through talking (lips moving) with me but what I would call through "Thought Transmission."

Have you ever taken a blanket out of the dryer and wrapped it around yourself?  So warm and cozy.  That is how I felt during her visit.  It was so comforting, so warm that I pleaded with her not to leave but she was through with her mission and faded away.

---

This time her message was:

"It does not matter what rung of the ladder you are on
How successful you are or just struggling to make it
It doesn't matter your color or what country you're from
It doesn't matter if you are down on your hands and knees scrubbing toilets or the CEO of a multi-billion dollar company...."

This message is for all of us

"The very purpose of our being alive is an act of joyful celebration.  And it's this celebration we should be striving for, each and every moment of our earthly existence, mindful that we are all tethered together, to One Source.

Each and every step we make, however routine...from the first one of getting out of bed in the morning, to the actions of our hands as we make breakfast for our families; soothe a hurt; cradle a child, walk the dog, is a conscious act of showing our love for not only who we are but the fact that we are spiritual beings and members of a vast universe that we all inhabit.

Our steps, our very thoughts, the simple actions that we take for granted each and everyday, though annoying at times, seemingly dull and of no purpose, consistent and mundane, and appear to us to be very trivial, do matter.

Everything we do, matters.

So the next time you're about to strike that blow; next time you're about to utter an angry word, next time you are full of despair because something didn't go the way you wanted, next time you pick up the phone to chew someone out, next time you are displeased because the livestock are out of feed, you had a bad night and the temp. is below zero...please remember this message.

Celebrate Life for Life is a Very Special Gift

In this way your suppressed awareness, your consciousness, will singularly kindle a spark, a connection, to the creative energy that nurtures all of us on this Planet.

A Bankrupt President, A Bankrupt America

soule:  Ah, Mr. President, may I have a word with you?

1.  What about all the Americans who have no jobs because your stimulus did nothing?

2.  What about all the Americans who have no homes because of government meddling?

We can ship millions/billions overseas but we can't seem to take care of dire matters at home.

Why is it so hard for you to take a good hard look at where your policies are taking us.

Or, is it that you are all too comfy, all too cozy in that little house of yours without a second thought about what makes a country great.

And it isn't a President.

It's the PEOPLE.

Merkel taking Europe in wrong direction: Soros

Makin a Difference

Wisdom's Antonym = Stupidity

I am embarrassed for my country.  We have lost our way.

The antics of a country and the way it conducts itself; i.e. politics is a good example, is a key indicator of its overall national health, strength of character and/or weakness.

The amount of money now needed to stump for votes is shameful.  The individuals involved (and these are grown men) seem interested only in trading barbs with one another.

Don't the vociferous contestants know that the populace is just plain tired of their nonsensical whims and quips, one-liners, bravado and endless ramblings?

I keep thinking of the portrait of George Washington crossing the Delaware River and the absolute bravery of this man, when circumstances and everyone was against him, when he was losing men and support, at his whits end and, in a state of Wisdom, turned to Guidance from Above (he was acting from a state of frustration and despair, yes...but he was also acting from a state of Wisdom in that he knew where to find the answers he was seeking) as he humbly bowed his head in prayer.

The finely chiseled face of Thomas Jefferson; the deeply etched face of Abraham Lincoln.  All man who were tried and tested; men of Courage and Conviction, Humility and Vision and used Wisdom as their spiritual Guide.

We really don't know much about this word "Wisdom" and it's virtues are defiinitely not being taught in today's schools.  How does one go about defining something that is so nebular?

Yet this power source is out there, just waiting for us to tap into its Resources.

It's just that no one seeks it out anymore.  It sits there, all by itself on a high and dusty shelf, long-forgotten  painfully waiting, painfully watching, ready to cast its spell upon those who reach for it.  Waiting to spring into action and act on our behalf, at a moment's notice.

I wonder how it was back then. I mean, was Wisdom used more than it is now?  Did it show up now and then or was it employed on a regular basis?

I think I can answer that question.  Because of the dire hardships and grave sacrificices that lay ahead, The American Revolution, WWII, etc. and other events, men and women were keenly aware of the consequences of their actions or non-action.

Because their very lives and way of living were being threatened, and the extraordinary pressures being exerted on good and decent men and women by Evil intentions, they had no choice but to turn to those virtues that had been proven worthy, over the years, in answering prayer and providing solutions.  They called upon Wisdom.

As dismal a circus as we are all painfully watching today with those who would like to replace the President in 2012, it is painfully apparent that not one is acquainted with this insight.  I see plenty of problems but where are the solutions?  Where is the courage and leadership to do what is right?  Where are the leadership qualities?

Humanity today seems to be lacking in virtues like never before.

It is clear that the small, undecipherable whispers of those who sense something is wrong, that we are headed in the wrong direction, are constantly being drowned out, squelched and stymied by a mindset that the information they are trying to share is somehow, unimportant, somehow a threat to those in power.

Have we always been this way, to a lesser or greater extent?  Or is there an unmistakable, solemn drumbeat of subtle yet tangible change overcoming us where "nothing makes sense anymore" is the new norm and the old common sense we once had is being systematically thrown under the bus?

Are we on our way to finally coming full circle, suddenly finding ourselves inexorably thrashing hopelessly around in some kind of huge death spiral, like the Grandiose Dinosaurs, when that giant asteroid slammed into their own little piece of the world, ending their unprecedented dominion?

And, having spent our last breath(s) in utter folly, in utter stupidity, and in utter futility, blabbering incoherently, without a lick of Wisdom to steady our course, along with a complete waste of everyone's time, pull off the biggest deception of all time...deluding ourselves into thinking we are somehow so very important?

Only to find that we are not--  but even lower than the tiniest insect, who at least has the good sense to come in out of the rain; doesn't ask for handouts; doesn't fill our minds with endless gibberish but instead works tirelessly to gather food for its offspring and ensuring the health and stability of the rest of its kind, thus ensuring the viability of all.

Let There Be Light

the old is breaking down, leaving a path for something new.

there is a fresh new way of looking at things.

a new way of doing business.

a brand new way of living.

a new dawn is approaching.

it is just beyond our reach but if we set our alarm clock to the wee hours of the new morn and and peer out our window, we will spy the low lying clouds that stretch across the sky.

we sense a new awareness and an electricity we haven't felt before.

glowing, radiant light beams poke through the clouds here and there even as the dark clouds keep on rolling,  oblivious to the light that is slowly overtaking them.

there are no more tomorrows, only this day.  there is no more future, only this present.

millions of people start the long journey to a very special place that awaits them....one of harmony, contentment, peace, beauty and joy.

eagerly they leave behind their worthless treasures.

For true treasure is measured in the heart, not by the material possessions we have accumulated.

Take heart, all Ye Peoples of Earth, for that Day is fast approaching....

For the Sake of Man

how fragile are the gossamer threads that bind us--an elderly grandparent sits by the window waiting for a visit from the grand kids who never show; a husband and wife are so busy making a living they never have time to make a loving; a little puppy with big sad eyes stares out of his cage at the passers-by, hoping one of them will take him home; home? just exactly what is a home, anyway?  small children shivering in a house of shambles because the parents are strung out on drugs; angry words from a teenager to a parent who is desperately trying to correct their errant behaviour; the body of a nameless no one accidentally found by some carefree joggers sauntering down a darkened path; and, all the while, the earth still rotates on its axis; the star still rises in the east; and the ever watchful moon makes her way through the twilight heavens.

who are we, anyway?  some refuse dumped here by others who, long ago, gave up on us?  they had their fill of our smugness, our eliteness, our arrogance and our evil inclination.  they thought it best to isolate us from the rest, leaving us to our own devices...knowing full well that the final outcome of our evolution would ultimately be self-immolation and annihilation or a glorious awakening.

Oh, moon, oh stars, how I do love thee but I tremble when I perceive what lies in store for us as we have turned our backs on the righteous path and chosen instead the thicket of briars and brambles.

how painful it is to watch humanity's continued descent as they quietly watch from the shadows, hoping we will wake up before it's too late...

regret, disappointment, cunning, uncaring, untrustworthiness, heart attacks and heart ache, sorrow and futility, disrespect; cleverness; frustration and anger..they lick at our self-inflicted wounds and wait for our end.  they hope to extinguish, once and for all, the small flame that burns within.

the mind and heart:  the mind pulls this way, the heart pulls the other.  will they ever learn to pull together?

Obama, the Huggermugger

Controversial Artist Depicts Obama Trampling The Constitution « CBS Las Vegas
---
soule:  In all fairness to President Obama, both parties have to share equal parts of the blame for where this country is presently.    But I do believe that this President is deliberately in the process of hammering the final nail in liberty's coffin.

And we Americans have to shoulder much of the responsibility, also.  After all, we elected him.

We now have a country where (according to the polls) 40% of the people would rather hang out with government than take responsibility for their own well-being.

We have both black and white who live for one thing and that is to see that all powerful orgasmic welfare check show up in their mailbox every month.

They lost respect for themselves long ago, happily and willingly perpetuated by a bloated government of handouts and bailouts.

The sad thing is that Obama could be a great and wise President, but has scornfully, disdainfully, chosen the role of intransigent as he carefully goes about dismantling all that we believe in, all that we hold dear.

Money and absolute power trounce vision, humbleness, and wisdom.

And, in the end, Obama won't be called to account, just like other former Presidents.

But the carnage he has caused to the average American and way of life, to the framework of this Republic, not to mention the very document he was sworn to uphold and protect, when he took office, amounts, in my mind, to impeachable offenses.

Under Obama's watch, as this picture so aptly depicts, the U.S. Constitution will forever be, tarnished, soiled and sullied beyond recognition.

What more fitting pose for this man in which the artist has his back turned, defiantly refusing to acknowledge the irrreparable harm he is doing to this country, her citizens and to the very office he was sworn to uphold?

A dismal and bleak wasteland of desolation accompanies him.

I do believe that this will be Obama's legacy.  Not one where he wears the scepter and crown but, all alone, he will one day come to grips with the harm he has done.

I think the artist nailed this one.

Isn't it ironic that the most damage can be done by someone when they are living in a free society?

It is only after they do their dirty work, that they can afford to let the mask drop.

That proverbial ruthless despotic (def:  adj.:  having unrestricted power) creep which accompanies them, is never far from their grasp as it silently slithers over hill and dale.

It's only after a matter of months, that its irreparable harm starts to rear its ugly head.

But who is listening?  Who is watching?

When you have no meaningful oversight over an administration and willful neglect of any discussion/debate of important policy-making decisions by a sitting President, unless of course, he/she happens to be of another persuasion, say one that journalistas hate with a vengeance, it's only a matter of time before that giant void claims us all.
