soule: This is harrassment. When did the word no mean anything other than what it means? How many times does one have to repeat this word until the other person gets it?
We now have groups that are so out of touch with showing respect and courtesy in respecting a person's right to privacy because they are more interested in meeting some kind of quota and/or possibly some other motive that we don't even know about. And now you want to fine this couple because they refused to answer questions they find too intrusive? I want to know who the person was that kept knock, knock, knocking on their door at all hours of the day and night. This sounds more like the IRS. Is any disciplinary action being taken against this individual like FIRING them? And, this is laughable...who ever heard of your personal information remaining confidential these days? Lastly, where do these people reside? McKinley Park, a suburb of Chicago...I rest my case.
